Current Appointment Protocol Due to COVID-19

Updates: Shop Expectations and COVID-19

Your safety and the safety of our team is our main priority. We are adhering to all required processes aligned to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please see our updated shop policies and expectations below.

In Shop Sessions

  • Only one person is allowed in the studio per appointment. This means that no friends, family, significant others, etc. will be allowed into the studio.
  • Safety is our priority; therefore, all sessions are held in privately scheduled tattoo rooms.
  • We now tattoo by appointment only.
  • Same day appointments are sometimes possible for smaller projects depending on that day’s schedule. Please call the shop directly for inquiries about same day availability.
  • Unscheduled inquiries and consultation cannot be done in person at this time.

We respectfully reserve the right to refuse business to anyone who refuses to adhere to the shop policies, state guidelines, or who may be demonstrating symptoms related to illness.

Mask Policy

You must bring a mask while in the studio. Masks must be worn upon entry, during your tattoo session, and upon exiting the shop. No exceptions.

Client Expectations

Please notify us immediately if:
• You’ve been sick recently or are experiencing symptoms related to the COVID-19 virus
• You are experiencing health issues that may interfere with adherence to the shop safety policies
• You have been recently exposed to anyone diagnosed with or experiencing symptoms of the COVID-19 virus
We are happy to work with you to reschedule your appointment.

To offer the highest level of protection to you and our staff we ask you for full adherence to the shop policies.

What to Expect

  • Food is not allowed in the studio at this time. Please bring your own beverage as we will not be able to provide that for you at this time. Be sure to eat a good meal before your appointment so you come in ready to get tattooed.
  • Guest and visitors are not allowed in the studio at this time. Please come to your appointment solo.
We have a 5-person capacity for our lobby, and we are not allowing anyone other than the client and the tattoo artist in the tattoo stations.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available to use, this is required on entry.
  • A protective mask is required to enter the building, and must be worn at all times, completely covering your nose and mouth. This applies to everyone, regardless of vaccination status.

Please arrive on time. Please call ahead if you will be running late. If you have any questions at all, please call the shop at 978-744-9393. We look forward to tattooing you soon!

BEFORE BOOKING:

We now tattoo by appointment only.

Same day appointments are sometimes possible for smaller projects depending on that day’s schedule: please call the shop directly to inquire. For all regular appointments please complete our Booking Form to begin the process. Unscheduled inquiries and consultation cannot be done in person at this time.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:

If you have been in contact with anyone with known illness or have recently attended a large gathering where social distancing was not maintained, you must wait 14 or more days to schedule your appointment.

Be sure to eat a good meal before your appointment so you come in ready to get tattooed. We cannot allow food in the studio at this time.

DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT:

Please come to your appointment solo.  We have a 5 person capacity for our lobby, and we are not allowing anyone other than the client and tattooer into the stations.  Luckily, there is plenty to do on Essex St, where we are located.  If you are with a friend or a group, please consider making plans for others outside the building during your appointment time.

A protective mask is required to enter the building, and must be worn at all times, completely covering your nose and mouth.  This applies to everyone, regardless of vaccination status.

Please arrive on time. We will not be able to let you in early, and late arrival may not be able to be accommodated with our new protocols. Please call ahead if you will be running late so we can assess the situation.

A protective mask is required to enter the building, and must be worn at all times, completely covering your nose and mouth. This applies to everyone, regardless of vaccination status. No exceptions.

The door will be locked. Call 978-744-9393 at your scheduled appointment time and we will open the door for you then.

Hand sanitizer will be available to use, this is required on entry. We will also take your temperature with a contact-free thermometer about 10 minutes after your arrival.

If you are exhibiting any signs of illness when you come in, you will be asked to return home and we will reschedule you by phone.

Please bring your own beverage as we will not be able to provide that for you at this time. No food allowed in the studio (see above).

We ask for 48 hours or more notice by phone to reschedule your appointment. Less than 48 hours may be subject to forfeiture of your retainer. The exception is in cases of sudden illness, where you must let us know right away, and we will reschedule you 14+ days out.

If you have any questions at all, please email or call, and we look forward to tattooing you very soon!
