A protective mask is required to enter the building, and must be worn at all times, completely covering your nose and mouth. This applies to everyone, regardless of vaccination status. No exceptions.
Hand sanitizer will be available to use, this is required on entry. We will also take your temperature with a contact-free thermometer about 10 minutes after your arrival.
If you are exhibiting any signs of illness when you come in, you will be asked to return home and we will reschedule you by phone.
Please bring your own beverage as we will not be able to provide that for you at this time. No food allowed in the studio (see above).
We ask for 48 hours or more notice by phone to reschedule your appointment. Less than 48 hours may be subject to forfeiture of your retainer. The exception is in cases of sudden illness, where you must let us know right away, and we will reschedule you 14+ days out.
